Our new Premium Service is be designed for customers who want our highest level of service, with more proactive clearing and more services included. Currently this service is only offered in Houghton & Hancock.
The Premium Service includes:
- Two passes every time we do a full clear. The first pass will usually be before 7am and after the city plows while the 2nd pass will be after 8am. (Helps those who park outside).
- Daytime clearing if more than 2″ accumulates by 6am when standards won’t be cleared until the following night.
- Full driveway clearing during daytime berm only dispatches
- Slush removal included during our scheduled slush-removal dispatches
- Periodic fire hydrant clearing included
- A premium end-of-driveway marker
- A 10% discount on shoveling services
